Team Members Present: AJ, Andrea, Aly, Bree and Tricia
Weather: 53.8 degrees Humidity at 100% Winds at 10mph SSW.
Temperature inside the ship was 50-52 degrees on the main level. Lower levels the temperature was between 40-48 degrees. Upper levels some places hit 38 but basically stayed around 42 degrees.ใ

Waning CrescentThe team arrived to the USS Turner Joy about 7:30pm. Two team members (AJ and Aly) were given a tour of the ship and came up with a plan as to where cameras should be placed. Equipment used during this investigation was: DVR system with 4 IR cameras, 6 digital recorders, thermocouple thermometer, EMF meter and 6 digital cameras. Set up began approximately 8:15pm with investigation beginning about 9pm.
DVR cameras were employed in 4 different locations. One at the aft gun mount, one on the starboard passageway looking forward, one in the galley and one looking towards the POW Memorial Room. Digital recorders were placed in the galley, the engine room, passage way, gun mount as well as the forward ward room. Photos were taken as investigators warranted.
Teams split into 2 and 3 persons with each team taking a different location to investigate with switching of locations at 45minute intervals. Team 2, Bree, Andrea and Tricia, went to the fire control room for the aft gun mount (#54) and while in there Bree said she just felt like it was very busy and that this overwhelming urge to push buttons came upon her which felt like the right thing to do.
Team 1, AJ and Aly, investigated the aft steering where Aly said she felt abit โoffโ.
Other personal experiences included Tricia feeling sadness while at aft steering control. Andrea felt creepy in the galley.
Places investigated: Aft steering, aft gun mount, engine room, bridge, galley, forward berthings, Chiefs mess and on deck.
Investigation concluded at approximately 11pm
After reviewing 3 hours of DVR footage, 12 hours of audio (total) and over 400 photos. The only evidence captured is 5 EVPs with two being from the engine room, two in the galley area and one in the passageway near the POW Memorial Room.
