BWP Team Members: AJ, Aly and Colette along w/ home owner

Weather: High of 78degrees and a low of 53degrees F. Wind from the SW at 1.0 to 4.0mph. No precipitation.

Moon Phase: First Quarter

The team arrived at about 7pm. Sat and talked w/ the home owner about the history of the events which have been occurring for the family. The history of ‘paranormal’ phenomena has been on-going since the house was built. This is prior to the current home owner living in the house. This is a family owned property and has been in the family for 30+ years.

Activity noted: apparition of a lady w/ longish black hair in a flannel type night gown that has blue flowers on it. Seen by both the husband and wife at different times. The sound of heavy footsteps on the stairs going to the 2^nd floor of the house. The sound of kitchen cabinet doors being opened and closed. Voices calling out the names of current residents. Floating balls of light upon a bedroom ceiling. The sound of music. Things being moved. Tapping on pictures of loved ones. The three teenage sons (who also live there) have all experienced these things but will not talk in depth about it. If playing in one room where something happens, they simply move to another room.

This property does have power lines upon it. One major tower is within 200ft of the home. It is not known if these power lines are active or emergency lines for the nearby naval station.

Set-up included four IR cameras, 2 hand held camcorders and 5 digital voice recorders. Photos were also taken throughout the investigation. The 4 IR cameras were placed in areas that had the most activity. The Game Room where shadows have been seen. The downstairs hallway where the apparition of the lady was seen. The upstairs master bedroom where the mother-in-law passed away and foot steps have been heard and the stairs to the 2^nd floor where foot steps have been heard. One hand held was placed in the couples bedroom in hopes of catching the ball of light seen on the ceiling. Digital voice recorders were placed w/ each camera as well as in the kitchen where we set up ‘base’.

Once set-up was complete, AJ manned base while the home owner, Aly and Colette went up to the main bedroom upstairs (the home owners bedroom) to do an EVP/EAP session. Many questions where asked but no responses noted at that time. At one point Colette and Aly both thought they heard music. Nothing was found upon audio review. In this bedroom is where the tapping upon loved ones photos takes place but it was pretty quiet that evening. While at base, AJ kept thinking he was seeing something in the downstairs hallway which is right off the kitchen area but photos taken revealed nothing.

After the EVP/EAP session in the home owners bedroom, the home owner went down to the kitchen while Aly and Colette went across the small upstairs foyer into the master bedroom where the mother-in-law had passed away. During this time, Aly thought she heard music as did Colette. Aly was standing about 3feet from Colette at one point and said she felt like someone was behind her, Colette did have a handheld night vision camera so panned over to Aly. It was then that something was caught on film after review but don’t want to deem it paranormal for it could just be the camera. The camera tried to focus for about 5seconds as tho something was there behind Aly when all of a sudden you see very small sparkles directly behind Aly before the camera came to focus on Aly. Strange. The out-of -focus and sparkles took place right behind Aly when she mentioned she felt like someone was standing behind her. A nice little thing to go along w/ a personal experience.

Also while in the master bedroom, Colette caught on film a very bright “orb” that came out of the wall, danced around and then vanished. It did like flips almost. The only way she could describe it was like a quarter spinning on a table. Again, not sure if it was dust but it was not caught on the DVR footage of that room. It was caught in the area where the mother-in-law was found on the floor of the bedroom.

Throughout the evening, several times, only one of the two walkie-talkies we were using would go off w/ static. Long static pauses. Now if one walkie goes off, then the other should as well if it is a transmission from another outside source so this didn’t make a lot of sense to the team. While Colette and the home owner were in her bedroom doing another EVP/EAP session, Aly and AJ remained at base. During this time, the walkie kept doing the static thing until it sounded as tho a voice was trying to say something. At this point, Ally felt like she was touched on the head and AJ felt so cold that he got goosebumps. The cold spot was noted near the oven area. A breeze in the kitchen area had occurred throughout the investigation w/ no sources for a breeze to be found for all windows were closed. It was in the kitchen/hallway area that the apparition of the flannel gowned lady was seen.

Other then the personal experiences noted and a possible EVP/EAP, nothing out of the ordinary occurred that evening. The home owner did mention that the activity had died down over the previous 10days. The home owners have requested a house cleansing which we will help with in the very near future and they are aware that there are no 100% guarantees.

All in all, it was a very interesting investigation and we will continue to help this family in all ways possible until this issue is resolved.
